Very pleased with my experience with their grooming services. The first grooming place I visited with my puppy wasn’t able to give her a cut and told me she’d need to have sedation with her future trips to the groomer. I found All About Pets on my search to find a grooming/vet combo to see what they can do. Jessica, one of the groomers, was very sweet and optimistic from the beginning and reassured me that puppies usually just need extra patience, not sedation right away. She did a wonderful job. I’m so pleased to have taken my puppy here!
I have taken my cats and dogs to All About Pets for the last decade and they have been nothing but wonderful. The veterinarians and technicians are all super sweet and professional with my animals (no matter the animals' mood or state) and the care is top notch. I'm happy to keep bringing my little monsters there to get the very best care for years to come!
Most staff are friendly and knowledgeable but some of the business practices essentially outweigh that positive aspect. The largest problem was when I had my cat re-tested for her thyroid levels. The machine was temporarily out of order (which was inconvenient but not a big deal). I indicated at that time that I wanted to get the prescription filled elsewhere (my local Costco) and was informed that we should wait for the results (so the dose could be adjusted if needed) and that all I would need to do is provide the phone number of the destination pharmacy at that time. Instead, All About Pets decided to fill the prescription themselves and then refused to transfer the prescription anywhere else because it was their policy not to once it was filled. I did not authorize filling of it and had indicated beforehand that my intention was to have it filled closer to me (whether that was conveyed internally between staff should not be my problem). I will be looking for another vet.
I got an invoice from this clinic a year after services were rendered. I paid for the visit/ invoice they charged me for. They then added an additional charge the very next day...for labs I declined to have. I told them I would have my vet order any other tests. I have spent a lot of money on this pet over the years and I don’t skip out on a payments. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional staff in my life. Jodi the office manager was very rude on the phone with me. She threatened collection action...for a service I declined. I feel that they are going through files trolling for money. Sad!
Fast service....Dr was experienced with exotics such as my Ball Python which i took to treat a RI...gave me antibiotic (was needed) and also took sample for culture for plan "B" in case given antibiotic didnt work. Also took the time to show how to give injection for at home administration.
